No Biting, Horrible Crocodile! (1995): No Resolution, Horrible Author!

Crocodile see, crocodile do.

This is an odd one… all the kids in a preschool class, including the narrator and his best friend, have problems with Flora, who believes herself to be a crocodile and likes to bite her classmates. Certainly the makings of a good instructional book here, but Shipton’s resolution to the problem is, not to put too fine a point on it, senseless and unsatisfying. May be useful in a vertical-market sense, but I have little doubt there are better books to be found on the subject. * ½
