Around here it doesn’t depend upon your appetite, it’s always a bottle of white.

Slim, (thirty-eight page), self-produced volume that’s all about Riesling. Intercuts sections on choosing and using a Riesling that works best for whatever you’re serving with interesting factoids and the like. I think this could easily be expanded into a full-length volume with a bit of effort (lord knows there could be entire books written just about the history of Riesling), but what’s here is a decent primer. Available upon request at their website; worth picking up if you’ve got a dinner party coming up and are looking for wine pairings. **
